Contact Us login broken

The "contact us" link takes you to a login box. I enter my email and normal site passwrod, but it will not accept me. You have no phone number, how do we contact you?

ch....have you submitted to the help desk before?
If you have, I'm not sure why it won't accept your information.
If you have not, note there is a greyish colored box above the sign in information saying something to the effect of.....if you have not submitted a help ticket before click this link......there is a link there to click and submit a ticket.......after that point you should be able to sign in anytime you need to.
