I am new to this selling game . I have on auction right now a Willis McGahee hand signed football , I was told that it is worth 100 buchks. I see I only have 1 bid for 5 bucks. What is this ball truely worth. I dont want to rob anyone because that is not my stlye. I just want both the buyer and myself to both walk away happy.n I have the same problem on a Die Cast Colletors car 1:18 in size. It is a 1968 Mustang GT 500. it`s realy nice how do I know how to pricse these things.

Hi vintage, I don't know how much it's worth. Here's my opinion though, You have your starting price set, a reserve(what you think it might be worth to you to sell), and your buy out price, So to me, the football is worth whatever dollar amount any of your bidders will be willing to pay. You already know what it is that you want out of it by placing the reserve(you won't take less than).
When your listing specific things, it's best to maybe google them and see what they are going for, you won't be robbing anyone, unless the item is not what you say it is. The bidders will be the ones to decide how high it goes.
Hope this helps.

I don't know how much it's really worth but i guess it depends on how big of a McGaee fan you are...it should be worth more than $5.00 to any collector

it all depends on the auto. Do you have a COA? is it PSA/DNA authenticated? Alot can determine a value of an auto. but usually his autoed jerseys book for about $20 or so.
