View Full Version : Sales Invoices Not Sent

I've tried several times now to send invoices from WAM and my customer states she doesn't receive them. I've followed all the instructions and double and triple-checked my preferences, etc. I don't receive a copy of it either. :(

Is there a problem with the invoices through WAM? I'm having to do them through Paypal.

James, trust me, this issue is not near as important to me as being able to import my csv files, K? :D I can send invoices from the payment processors, no problem. But I did want you to know about the problem.

What version of the auction manager are you running. Prior to 2.36 invoicing sent to customers but did not cc to seller. 2.36 is supposedly supposed to have this resolved, but we have not fully tested this functionality as of yet.

What email domain does your customer have?

My version is 2.36.58.

My customer does not receive a copy, nor do I.

Her email domain is yahoo. If I'm not mistaken, I may have tried her alternate email, which is not on WeBidz. It appears to be her ISP address.

I will need to check into this further, as it sounds like they did not fix.
