There is a bug that we recently found in the update inventory feature. When updating inventory from the site, it is not including the auto relist entry. So if you are updating inventory to edit items and re-upload, please be sure to check this auto relist setting. Otherwise you could potentially have a bunch of items that you edit, having their settings changed to not relist.
