I was trying to use the custom "START TIME" and "END TIME" this morning and I kept receiving the errors below.

"The operation could not be performed because one or more error(s) occurred."

Please resubmit the form after making the following changes:

* The "Start Time" field cannot be in the past
* The "End Time" field cannot be in the past
* The "Start Time" field must be smaller than the "End Time" field

I am not sure whether I was doing something wrong. I have tried to correct all the error messages I received, but yet nothing happened.

Please help.

I had that problem last week - I was trying to set up a couple of 10 day auctions and kept getting:

* The "Start Time" field cannot be in the past
* The "End Time" field cannot be in the past

I was only trying "custon end" so maybe I should have tried "custom start and custom end"
I was in a hurry so I just passed it off as something I'd try again later.

Maybe one of our more knowledgable members will log-in soon and tell us what we are doing wrong :)

Joy and Bam.. I just ran a few test and one is here>>
(to start tomorrow, and says status 'closed')

http://www.webidz.com/auction_details.php?auction_id=1784889

When I tried to custom for later today, I also received these errors.
>>>

The operation could not be performed because one or more error(s) occurred.

Please resubmit the form after making the following changes:

The "Start Time" field cannot be in the past
The "End Time" field cannot be in the past
The "Start Time" field must be smaller than the "End Time" field

>>> NOTE:
Also when you are scheduling make sure to pay attention to the
drop- box directly below the month.

Perhaps Admin can shed a bit more light on this for us.

I have just tested this functionality, and all appears to be working for us. When the entries are filled in, are you guys making sure all entries are completed (even the minute section). Also, you will need to ensure you are making adjustments for time zones, as the listing proess is based on PST.

Yeppers, I did that J and it worked correctly..That is why I said you
have to use that drop down box (for minutes) under the month!

I didn't think about other time zones! Bet that is where I was messing up! ...and the minutes too, I don't think filled in all the areas.

Thanks!

Thank you all for your contributions on solving this problem. I was using my time zone which is Eastern Time.

I was able to use the custom time after I changed it to Pacific Time. :)

Thank you all

Any time you are not sure what time to use, just look in the header of the page (below the search box) . This will show you the site time, and you can adjust your start/end times accordingly.
