Any progress on WAM file EXPORT problem?

Need to export my WAM listings to a file. tab, csv, xls...don't care. LOL :D

I sent this previously to our programmers. I will contact them again, to see where this fix is at.

We did ours from wam and saved it in csv and it worked fine!

This probably has something to do with the version of .NET framework installed, or other pc specific settings. I am not an expert in this field, so I have to wait to see what the programmers say... Then see what needs to be done to resolve.

I got that message, yet my WAM all downloaded to Excell. Not sure what happened with the error message, remember I am the resident techie “dummy”. But am willing to learn…

We didn't forget... There were quite a few reports all at basically the same time, so there is much work for the programmers to do. They are looking into all these reports and addressing each for the next release. It is supposed to be done any time now, so we are anxiously awaiting also.

We have a new release, which is available for download on our auction manager (http://www.webidz.com/auctionmanager.php) page. We have not released the auto update version yet, as this is still being tested. The auto update version should be released within the next 48 hours, as long as there are no issues found. This auto update will only work for the 2.4.xx versions. Previous versions will not receive this auto update.

There were a couple reports of issues when clicking the upload tab. Our programmers were not able to find any issues with this, and they think it may be associated with .NET application issues. We did make some slight changes with this process, but we are not sure if this will resolve this.

Those that want the new version right now can uninstall their current version, and install the new version.
