Disappearing fields in WAM

Hi,

If I open the WAM and want to revise an item or start a new item, the catogory field and payment fields are not showing up.

Since the catogory field doesn't show up, he comes up with the error "invalid catogory", so I can't save the revised item.

I am using the new version 2.4.2.78, tried to update, but no updates available.

Admin, can you please take a look into this, thanks.

You need to go to the top of Wam, under file you will see "Download Master Data", click and download.

This should solve your problem.

I had this same problem. Check your RAM. I dont know how or why but with low RAM my puter wouldn't load the whole program and all it's options..... including the 2nd level categories.
BTW, do you use Paint Shop Pro or Outlook Express? 2 RAM hogs that would give me fits!!! I'd get virtual memory warnings everytime I used them. I got it whooped now tho. Tripled my RAM :)

Bam..I know not totally on topic here..But I have 2 email progams, one is huge,
the other Outlook, I also have PS Pro..I will check and see if this affects me now.
I do know that I have a lot of RAM available though.
I think what Rozzie says is a good bet, I have gotten to where I just chek that field
when I sign into WAM. I have not been using WAM like you guys though.:o

Surely what Roz suggest will do the trick but you know me, I'd have WAM, PSP, Outook Express (and I'm a bad housekeeper there:) and Arachnophillia all up at the same time. I was having to defrag & clean out my Explorer cache daily or even websites wouldn't load for me.
