Participation rules: To participate in contests in the community pages, members must be active community members. To remain an active community member, there must be at least one post every 30 days. If a member has not made a post for over 30 days, they will be removed from contests with no prior notice. Members removed from contests for not being an active community member would need to sign up again for each contest, and their stats for that contest would start fresh with the next nightly update.
Members will need to request to be signed up in the appropriate "sign up" thread for each contest, which will be located in the "Contests and Promotions" thread. If signing up for a contest that continues every month, those members will automatically be included for following months, as long as they remain active community members. Activity before signing up will not be included for the purposes of that contest. As tracking for the contests will only begin after sign up. We will try to get members included within 48 hours of sign up request.
All winners will be posted in the "Winners Circle" forum. Winners must agree to make at least one post in the thread we use to announce their win, within seven days of the prize/cash being awarded.
Our tracking system for most contests will be automated, with manual audits. If we find members trying to manipulate or cheat, they may be banned from all contests for life. If we find such activity, we may also choose to ban this member from the entire WeBidz site. We reserve the right to make judgement calls when making such decisions.
