I just went and looked at her feedbacks and with 4 since joining Sept 14th, pretty good in just over a month. Seems that you bought with buy-out so I would say that is a done deal.

I have not worked with this seller, I believe they have made several sales in the last couple of weeks and all I can go by is the feedback score. I can tell you that I have not seen anyone come to the forums and complain or ask for assistance with this seller.

One of the keys to knowing your seller is to communicate consistantly throughout the purchase process. If you have any problems, you can come back here and ask for assistance or you can turn in a ticket here http://helpdesk.webidz.com/ .

Edit: Thanks for your quick reply, i have talked through with this seller and seems pretty good but still i am unaware of mu purchase. She is new here i suppose too and her feedback is pretty low. Thanks for your help.

My initial response was to let you know that I was checking on this and maybe you would stick around for a few minutes to read my reply. Lol Probably did seem a little weird, sorry.

Yes they are new here, been a member for a month. The feedback they have isn't bad, with the exception of the 1 low rating. No one has came here to complain about the seller, not even the low rating buyer. So we have no way of knowing how the seller is unless a buyer complains in the forums, or we have personal dealings with the seller.

If you have problems with this seller, as in no communication back from them, or you pay and you never get your item, you can turn in a help ticket.

Click the link provided above, and you will have to create an account with the help desk the first time you use it. You will then be able to create a ticket for the help desk on your problem, and they will assist you in what to do about a bad transaction.

You are not at that point though, the help desk is for any issues you are having with a seller, buyer, or any site issues that need technical assistance.
