Well come on in folks, and welcome to our newly established Webidz Community
Cafe!!
Take those old hard work shoes off, get comfortable..yep, you can even bring the kids
and pets (just no snakes or very large spiders:D). We are gonna have fun and lots
of good food and drinks..Nothin' strong because we don't have a license to sell!! :eek:

Lots of coffee, cokes, and tea..fun for everyone..MOST of all just being here together!!

Hey..yall gotta help keep cost down so don't forget to bring in some food and snacks!!

I just got in from work, did my welcome posts and now I am checking out what has been happening while I was gone.

TGIF for me and hubby, big meltdown in the mitten state, 44 degrees so far today. Yes, I am lovin' it, I may just warm up again. Forcast is for the deep freeze to return tonight, so will be hibernating for the next 2 days. YAY!!! I love it when I can work from home and live in my sweats.

The taxes will be done tonight and E-filed so that I can get some other work done. Hubby says the vacuum is lonely, I said go chat with it and maybe take it for a walk around the house. :D

with them) are fixing to leave feebay land..It HAPPENED in 2005...MOST have gone
back, but it is GOING to happen again..if any of you have the time or ambition to check
out powersellersunite.com..it is getting interesting over there..(yep, I AM on staff there).

Sorry Lana, should have been more specific. Lower rates=Big Deal!!:rolleyes: Not lower rates in the end, with higher FVF. Although durring the holidays I listed so much that I had over $75 in listing fees. With just over $67 in sales and out of that had to pay for merchandise and fees. So now you know why I left after only a few months.

Anyway, sorry my sarcasism did not come through.

When you find out Lana, let us know......in the couple of months I did ebay i only had a few(maybe 5) sales. But all were good sells. I had to pay alot in listing fees also that I didn't make anywhere close to in sales.

Email them with the news that you have moved to Webidz, that is my plan soon as the taxes are done. Just started this biz this year, so am working through stuff. I do have an accounting background, and know alot of the tax stuff, but geez and having a tough time with the online stuff. Need the $$, furnace started making a weird noise and have to call the furnace guy.

I remebered someone else have this same problem, this is what Admin had to say "Although the verification process is automated, it sometimes takes up to 30 minutes to complete all the steps." Also found where he said that you should receive an email. Did you receive one?

Have you downloaded Webidz Auction Manager? I is very easy to use once you download the master file and set your preferences, best part about it, FREE to download and use. Just pay listing fees.

I think eBay's latest fee announcement is already causing quite a stir. Our average registration over the last month has been right around 40 per day. Within the last 24 hours we have had over 80 registrations.

I have a friend that has an account with Ebay, and she said she received an email saying that they were lowering fees. She asked me why we stated in our newsletter that Ebay was raising fees, when Ebay sent her an email stating that they were lowering fees. Evidently the email she received only made reference to the lowered insertion fees, and did not say anything about the higher final value fees. Talk about deception! I am sure this is going to upset many people.

THAT really did it for me Belle..LOL, I had ONE negative out of a total of (I think) about
5,000 transactions..It was from a NON PAYING BIDDER!! I will NOT stay with any site that allows
such ridiculous and unfair procedures like not allowing sellers to even defend themselves or
speak the truth!! I think the entire AOC (alternative auction site community) will be deluged
with new membership in the months to come. I believe we will get many good people and
we all need to work to help them and lead them to be the very finest sellers they can be.

I trully believe that ebay has gone WAY too far this time..

All I can say is OMG. And they think a seller will give feedback as soon as the buyer pays? Even the powersellers there will argue against that one. Then what....what if the buyer doesnt like the widget or is unreasonable. They get to leave negative and the seller has no recourse except maybe a mutual withdrawl. The unreasonable buyers will not be happy no matter what and they know that what they say will remain on the sellers feedback even if withdrawn. I never as a seller left feedback until i was sure my customer was totally happy. That may be wrong to do it that way but if there was a problem then I would like to know about it. Once the buyer gets the widget and says I love this thing.....then I leave feedback for them also. If they liked what they got and I got paid then all is well.

Let me add to that........yes there are unreasonable sellers also. I didn't have not one bad experience with anything I bought or sold. If I don't do my job as a seller, then I deserve the neg. I would expect it. And I wouldn't leave a neg out of retaliation.

now in the alternative auction markets!! My rating has remained at 100% for over 8 years
because of superior quality & service..(not brag, just fact):o, But do you think all of us
really old ebayers are gonna allow our reputation to be ruined by some newby who
wants to do just that??NOT!! Also Kat, there IS some buyers who will receive that PERFECT
widget, and try to blackmail the seller into returning their money..ebay..did not think this out
at all..LOTS of folks are gonna wish MEG was back!! :eek::D

Well, the bookkeeping is done, and the taxes filed. YEA!! Lord, I hate that job, and this year was worse, with the business and all. I forgot to do all the bookkeeping ths year, and had to do a marathon session.

Mornin Kat,

I got done with the taxes, sent them of E-file and came back to the cafe to unwind. Well, apparently the furnace unwound!!! Yep, about 2am, it got real loud and vibratin and all.:eek: Shut it down, found the 2 emergency electric heater we have, turned em on, and hubby said come to bed, under the electric blanket.

Got up at 7:30 and called the furnace repair guy. There goes the refund...glad I continued to work the numbers instead of giving up. Will need it now. :D

So now am off to get the listings done so I can upload from WAM. So may be offline for a while today, as we are so rural, all I have is dial-up, and waiting for the furnace guy to call and say you are next.

Headed for another cup of hot coffee to wrap my hands around to warm them.

I know what cha mean by rural. We had dial up also, but went to cingular and put this comp on an internet card. Not as fast as high speed but certainly faster than dial up. Hey there Lana. I have been sending out "greetmails" along with the forum greets. I have been getting responses back on them also (great !!!). Many are excited to be here and have high hopes for the site.
Some replies I have questions in, and I generally direct them to the forums. I try to look up the thread already started on the question, But if I can't find it, I direct them to ask in the forums. Anyhow, lots of people joining in and lots of people comming to community. So looks like the site is gonna be exploding at the seams and that's a GOOOD THING !!!!!!!! Kat the furnace is still down, and will not be fixed til tomorrow am, maybe. Fortunately hubby is only working 3 days this week, it is that slow time for him. So hopefully by the time I get in from work tomorrow, my house will be warm once again. It has been hanging around 55 in here today.

Lana, sorry I could not be here today to help out, too much happening here on the homefront, and right now that comes first. I know you understand that.

So I am still trying to get everything into WAM to load up tonight. Not sure if it will happen, as the alarm is set for 4am, may back it up a little to get things loaded. We will have to see about it later.

I understand and use WAM very well..BUT, I still need to transfer my turbo lister TO
WAM, and I can not figure out what to put in all those transfer boxes!! :(
OH my Ms Rozzie!! I am so glad you and yours are warm again!! We have a gorgeous
huge gas log fireplace in our den/office that went out yesterday, and it is FREEZING
in here!! :confused:

With our 2 electric heaters we were able to keep pipes from freezing, and the living room was atleast 52 degrees. I did resort to layering of clothing, that helped.

I have been picking up the slack, and posting greets on the bb, also have done a few "greetmails" to members that have not been back, but have auctions going on. No responses, but have seen a couple of them back, so that is helping.

Please say a prayer for me, I will having test with a specialist tomorrow in regard to
some pain that I have had for a while. To start with I thought it was heart burn, but it
appears much more serious. Maybe it will be nothing. I am not afraid, just think of me

Rozzie..I feel so dumb..so much of this stuff is SO easy for me..Just a FYI, so you
will know what I am trying to do..I closed down EVERYTHING at ebay..I only kept Turbo
Lister, as it does not cost. I was giving them about $22.00 a month for services PLUS 6 cents
a auction PLUS 10%~~PLUS a LOT more for regular auctions..GOSH..I never thought
of it like that..I am so pleased to be HERE!! :D ANYWAY, when I try to move something
out of turbo lister, I am getting all these Fields to fill out, and appears to load all in..when
it does, I open, and nothing in title, in description..nothing.. I KNOW it is not the program
it is me..it makes me so sad..at myself..I am gonna go do what you said and try to move
one or a few, instead of a few HUNDRED. Ya'll are the best!! :D

Alarm set for 3:30 as we have had 40 degrees, fog late today, rain on top of snow covered roads. I will be slip sliding away on the country roads for almost 10 miles of a 15 mile ride to work. Mornin, OK, Afternoon ;),

Tried as I might, I did not find any easier way to get thses things into WAM, except one at a time. So, have been working on that. I was hoping that the "listing fairy" would come along and help, but no way!! I finally crawled into bed at 4am and woke at 10:30 feeling as if I had a hangover, YUCK :(. I has taken me awhile to shake that feeling, but am doing better now.

Saw the news of the tornados across the South, and hoping and praying non of our members were included. Thoughts and prayers for those that we effected by last nights weather.

As for me, well we only have 3 inches of snow as of noon, but predicted to be 6-12 by tomorrow morning. Yea, I have the day off so should not be in the mess. Should be cleaned up by early Friday when I go back to work.

Here's hoping that Lana gets some answers soon, as I know that she has not been feeling well lately. Prayers for her.

Well, that was my break, so back to WAMing for me, will be back to see what is going on here later.

You know I will, worse part is that I have to take hime and pick him up, he can't drive with the meds he is taking. So after getting 8 inches of new snow on top of the freezing rain last night, I will be praying. Daughter called tonight, she went into the ditch twice within 5 miles of her house, she turned around and went back home. She had already paid $147 in tow bills.

I am your hostess for the day, seems not much happening here in the cafe lately. Lana has been having hard drive problems, Kat is out and about with family chores, Starshinin has been under the weather, not sure about others.:(


I am here today, as we (West MI) have blizzard conditions. Tried to go to work, took 30 minutes to do less than 5 miles. The last mile was a complete white-out, I could not see the front of my mini-van, so I found a driveway and turned around. Figured that 9 more miles on that road was not a good idea today. :eek:


So I have started up the coffee, and have also made a big batch of cinnamon rolls, you know the kind like grandma used to make, big as a dinner plate. Sticky buns will be coming out of the oven soon, so grab youself a fresh cup of coffee and join me. Oh, I did put out some fresh fruit and bagels for the more diet conscious folk, but here in MI we go for the comfort foods on days like this.

Much much thanks to Roz for keepin the site up to date on posts. Sorry that you have to get snowed in to do it though.

Thanks to Admin and Pete from repatoo for the help with the repatoo banner for the store.

As Roz said we had some family commitments to take care of this weekend and got all that done. The weekend will end perfectly as we have a new addition to our animal family. My mare that is on my profile pic finally had her baby at 1am this morning. So I was up until about 3am making sure both were okay.

Many thanks Roz for the coffee and fresh food this mornin as I really needed it.

Good Monday morning everyone.
It seems that some spirits are down. And that's okay. Everyone has the right to feel what they feel.
We need to keep the spirits up in the forums though.
As a seller, yes I would like to have some sales. And I know this sounds hollow to say but the sales will come.
Yes the site attracts sellers due (mainly) to the fact that there are basically no fees to listing. And as more and more sellers join, more and more buyers will join.
As with any sales business, it is the owners job to do some advertising. I also have the Webidz banner as my signature in all of my outgoing personal mail. It gets passed from person to person as that email gets forwarded on. And Admin has been awsome in helping the not so savy computer users (myself included), getting banners set up on other sites-emails. Why? Because that is free advertising. We can't depend on Admin solely to advertise for us. I would prefer to keep the listings cost free. And no one works for free, so if Admin is the only one doing advertising then he should be compensated for such work. And that means charging listing fees. And if he is constantly running ads for us then he has less time to take care of site issues.
A community is only as strong as its members. So as members, it is our responsibility to make this community strong. That means getting the word out. It is our responsibility to be upbeat and attract buyers to come here. Let them know that this is an upbeat site, with curtious members and staff to assist them.
I also buy a few things, but even in person at a store i can walk into, I won't purchase from someone that I do not get a good feeling from. And I would be willing to bank that at least 95% of consumers feel the same.

Hi Lana and all who are about, been on the go with sick people these past few days, had to put my DSIL in the hospital today for a tune up. Lana, got my banner's done for here and email. I wanted to use a banner in my aol email but ther's no way I can find to do it so opted for my yahoo address.They do have a signature option but can't use html or at least if you can, I haven't found it. Yes, Punxetawny Phil saw his shadow, so we get 6 more weeks...

We have had our fair share of snow this winter, although until late Jan, we would get dumped on, then a few days later we would get rain, and melt the snow.. The other night the weather guy said that we have gotten like 75" of snow so far this season, our average is 70". He also said that we have had just shy of 15 hours of sunshine since Jan 1. My question is when will I see that odd, yellow orb in the sky again? I sure do miss it...

Now as for spring, well I saw a sign today that said "Only 37 more days to enjoy winter!" I am just hoping to be warm again by the 4th of July hehehe.

Alright already, enough of the snowstorms here in West Michigan...I can do without any more of this white stuff. I would much rather have rain, at least I don't have to shovel it, or clean off my car..

:D Ok a little about myself. Hummm lets see. I'm a SAHW with 3 grown boys and 2 grandsons. Not a girl in the bunch. Even my rot is male. lol
I am so addicted to scrapbooking that I decided to make it into a buisness. I also do custom orders over the net and locally. And I must say I am pretty damn good.(can I say that in here):confused: You need to check out some of my work. I still have lots more to list but it's a start.
I sold on ebay for about a yr. But with all the changes going on, I decided it was time for me to change as well. I am losing money with store fees, FVF, paypal fees + you add in the cost to make the items, it isn't cheap by far. And some of my tools are pretty expensive. Exp: I'm getting a klic n kut die cut machine that cost about $600 and that's just for the machine, not including extras I need.
So how are sales in here? I see I am 1 of the 1st ones to list premade scrap items. I'll be a trend setter lol:p

If you are a seller, we encourage you to contact any customers that you have at ebay and other auction sites to let them know you also have set up shop here. We recommend that you keep your ebay also until you are established here. Then when you get your shop up and running well, it's always your choice to keep other auctions or let them go.

good morning everyone! It's is a little bit chilly this morning so I plan on staying inside. I am sipping on my morning coffee (a great light roast from a local house and voted the best in OH!), and knitting a neat-o Hufflepuff scarf. I recently found out the release date of the new movie and that got me excited and inspired to make some HP gear. :)

Here in Okieland it is a balmy 30 degrees with rain, sleet, and snow.

I really hope this is the last round of cold weather conditions. I am soooo ready for spring.
Anyhow, The coffee is on, buffet is open, come in sit down have your breakfast and just enjoy the nice 75 degree weather that I have created in here. The flowers are in bloom and the birds are singin. Ohh and there's allergy meds for those of us that suffer from the spring time allergies.:D (If it's not gonna be nice outside and we have to stay in, might as well make it what we want.) ;)

Hi Lori,

Welcome to the cafe, we are glad that you dropped in. We do have some tea bags in the cupboard over there, hope that you like the plain kind, that is all we have at the moment. You will find the teakettle in that cupboard next to the stove, you may have to rummage in there to find it, as I am not sure anyone else uses it.

I will be putting out the goodies for the evening crew, so check out the buffet for something to munch on til then. I've got a big pan of lasgna in the oven, along with some cheesy garlic bread. Big bowl of ceasar salad in the fridge, dressing is in the dish next to it. Was tired after putting the lasgna together so just put a peach cobbler in the oven, ENJOY!!! Hope that everyone is hungry tonight!!

Thanks for doing the clean-up duties, I really appreciate it. That is why I always use those toss-out pans when it is my turn to cook. I hate the clean-up duty.

As for asking Admin for a new category, not me, I would just like to be able to list one item in two different sub-categories in the same main category. ie: votive lantern under candles and under patio decor, currently you can not do that.

I am so glad that other newbies have come along, some are asking questions that I have thought, but didn't want to ask. That would confirm to "S"uper Admin that I am the "dummie" that I so quickly proclaim to be. So I have decided that if someone askes a question that I wanted to, I will just go in and that them. That way Admin, won't take away my adivisor status.

Ron has requested Country Fried Steak, Mashed tators w/cream gravy, Corn on the Cob, Salad, and Ice Cream for dessert.
For those of you that just want a buffet to eat and run with....there are chicken strips, polish sausage links, beef strips with sauted veggies (for fajitas) with all the trimmings to go on em, fish fillets, french fries and tator tots, green beans w/bacon, mashed potatoes and gravy (brown and cream), pizza slices, spagetti and meatballs, and of course the salad bar. Don't forget the german chocolate cake for dessert.
Iced Tea and sodas of all kinds are in the icebox.

Well I tried to mess with WAM yesterday and had no luck at all.
It keeps saying password or username does not match with the site.:confused: I tyred everything.
Deleated it and downloaded it again 3 times.
Used my webidz password and my community password. Still nothing. :mad:
Oh well I'll give it one more shot today and see what happens.

I didn't get any listings at all finished yesterday. So took off with my camera.
So I really need to get crackin today with it.

Not sure about your problem with signing into WAM. I would have said a clitch in the download but you have done it like 3 or 4 times now. The only thing that is running through my head at this time would be a case sensitve issue. Making sure you have not hit the caps lock key if your password is all lowercase. You know the silly stuff that makes us wanna throw the comp out the window but was actually an easy fix.
Sorry can't help with this one. I know it's frustrating when you really want to get up your listings.
My only suggestion comming to mind at this time is to contact Admin via email (private message). Let him know everything that pops up on the screen as you are trying to sign into WAM.

I had the same problem trying to get into the community as well.
It wouldn't take my password. So I had to click lost password and use the one they sent me in an email to get in here.

I tryed useing that password too to get into WAM but that one didn't work either.

Not sure what you are talking about on different passwords for auction site and community though.
Mine was the same for both. Think it automatically defaulted to that. Never thought twice about it.
And therefore the same for WAM.
If I'm not mistaken when I put in my password for WAM I had to put my sign in name and password for the auction home page. The one I use to sign into my account here. Maybe there's the clitch. Who knows for sure. Maybe you need to change both passwords to only one. Then when you redownload Wam, Use that password. Admin would know better than me about how that works. Wish I could help more.
Hang in there, it may take a few days but it will get worked out I'm sure. I know it's frustrating though.

Greetings to all my Webidz friends and especially to the newcomers,

Welcome to the Cafe, I have made some fresh coffee, restocked the fridge with cold beverages, and yes, Tazz I even stopped by the store and picked up some fresh teabags, for you and the others that would prefer tea.

It is a snowy night here in West Michigan, we are once again under a winter storm warning, you see we have that beautiful Lake Michigan, that causes what we call lake effect snow. That is cold air over the warmer water, air picks up moisture, then as it moves inland the saturated air dumps the moisture in the form of snow on us. Could it be, another snow day for Hubby and me? I well keep dreaming of it. Enough of the weather lesson for my area, and off to visit the forums and maybe even a new listing or 3.

I have set out some things on the buffet, please feel free. If you have any questions or problem please feel free to post them under the approprieate headings, so one will be by with a suggetion or 2. Admin is great about helping us with the technical stuff, so please do not feel like your question will be unanswered.

I finally got WAM to take my id and password. Seems I may have down loaded the wrong thing. Because it did say test wam and not it just says wam. lol OK OK I am a true blonde:p I just dye my hair red to cover that up.
Now the fun begins on trying to figure out what to do with it and what to use it for and how to use it lol:confused: But I'll get there.

I have noticed more and more of the people in my ebay groups are coming over here. Wahhh whooo.
The adm has even gave me a thread in the chat for my scrapbook design group. I have a few ladies from there here already. You all need to stop by maybe a little later. Once I have the description typed up, And check us out. These ladies are really a bunch of very talented artist. And some of their work is just amazing.

Just thought that I would drop in to set up the lunch buffet, but see that Kat beat me to it... so I think that I will take a moment to enjoy a cup of coffee (_)>, here in the the Cafe.

Been busy this morning, doing some more listing, and getting ready to get my granddaughter for the night. She is 3 and will be spending the day with grandma and papa tomorrow. We will be sure to send her home spoiled, so that our daughter will know what we dealt with when she spent time with either of her grandmas.

Been down in the dumps lately, soon it will be 1 year since I lost my mom and best friend to cancer... so for all of you who still have your moms here on earth with you, call her and tell her how much you love and appreciate her. As I step down from my soapbox and pick myself up by the bootstraps and move on through my day, I will remember her.

Ok, so on to other things, how is your day going? Hope that you are getting used to the way things are done here at Webidz, as with everything else, Webidz has it little quirks, and Admin has said that there are some changes comming.

How about those contests, I see that Lana has made 9 purchases, so she will get 9 ticket in the hat for the drawing for the $50 payout to her paypal account. Kat is up there with 3, guess that I should do some shopping also. Now for the sellers, Powerseller has 14 and MJ-Trading, Lana, Bamie, and Ronsimple, each have 4, Gizzer has 2, Congrats to all of you.... only 9 days left in the contest for this month, so we need to pump it up, and get out there and buy and/or sell. Good evening everyone. Just thought I'd share a little bit about what's going on in my life with you all.
See I've had this bad rash on my upper back since last summer. 1st dr and I thought I might be allergic to one of my hair care products. But now that wasn't is and months later and so many changes in my hair routine later. Then thought maybe I was allergic to one of my meds. And with more meds and more months later is still had not cleared up. :confused:
So they finally sent me to a skin dr. Who took a biopsy of the area. Well I got the results back yesterday. And it's not my meds I'm allergic too thank god, So I can now go back on a very much need med of mine.
But it seems I have Lupus. So if you are a religious person, please say a pray for me, That we can keep it under control and it wont affect any vital organs.:(

Well enough about that. I have found a lot of ways to spice up my auctions today. Got all my pics loaded in and am ready to roll. I will be editing most of my listing tomorrow and add lotsssss more. So you'll have to come check out my store.;)

And remember If you don't have time to do those scrapbooks or just don't like to. But you want to preserve those precious memories.

We are all gearing up for the Easter sales, and spring is just around, somewhere I am sure. Here in West MI we have snowbanks to the sky.

Has been a busy with helping others, doing greets and chasing a 3 yr old. Now I remember why the lord gives children to the young. It is only noon, and I am ready for a nap, she moves way to quickly for me. Is it 3 yet?

Ok, so I have cleaned up the breakfast buffet, and made some homemade chicken noodle soup, and some cheesy broccoli soup. Got the recipe for the broccoli soup from Emeril, it is great and super easy.

I have all kinds of meat and cheeses for sandwiches, and and some fresh fruit...love that fruit.

I have fresh coffee, and the teakettle is on for Tazzzz, I have also have restocked the fridge with your favorite beverages.

Good morning all. Hope everyone is having a great weekend.
So far mine has been very productive. I listed about 3 or 4 more items yesterday and then went back and started editing my auctions to put my repatoo feedback in them. I got 4 pages done and still have 2 more to go. That's how ever many listings is on 1 page in the selling category.:confused:

I did find the thread that has the links to my store yesterday. So I copy and pasted them to my m/s word to save for future reference.

I also use that to type out my descriptions for my listing 1st. Most of them I already had on ebay. And the descriptions are so in detail that it would take me forever to retype and list. So I just went to my ebay listing copy and pasted them to word, saved in a file, then deleted it from ebay. That way I know which ones I have done and the ones I still need to do.
I also have a store on etsy.com (a site for only hand made items) and they do not have auctions. Just buy-it-now. So I also use the "word" to list them there as well.

I wish some one could tell me or help me link my store and items to my google web site as well.
I just can't seem to figure it out.:(

Ok well I think I have take up too much of you'alls time now lol;) so I'll go see what kind of trouble I can get into.

OH P.S. I am post a new thread in my group. For sharing of our scrapbook related items. Such as things we have done to sell or for person.

I have made fresh coffee for the evening, and the teakettle is set up for Tazzz and anyone else who would rather have tea or some other hot beverage... If you would prefer a cold beverage, the fridge has been restocked.

Yep Roz, mom had a dr. appointment today. Nothing serious, just a check up for her diabetes. Then like always when her and I get into a vehicle, we are usually gone most of the day. Because she works at home and I work for her in my home, we enjoy our days out. Just to get away from the walls that we look at everyday.

Kinda glad that everyone is back at work and school so I can have my days to myself again till the weekend.

Welcome to all the new members, and those of you that are just looking around. Those of you that may have a question or 2 please feel free to post on the forum, Admin does not come in here much, says we have too much fun, and he would not get his work done. So it is best to post your questions up above.

I have the next 2 days off from the other job, so have made a fresh pot of coffee (caffiene doesn't bother me), and restocked the fridge with the cold beverages. I get to stay up late tonight, as I don't have to get up at 4am tomorrow. :p

I have set up the buffet with all sorts of munchies, and am going to try to get some listings ready for Easter... Got lots of nice stuff at some pretty good prices. So off I go.

Good Morning to all members and visitors,

Coffee is hot, teakettle is on (for you Tazz) so grab a (_)? (_)? (_)? (cup) and have a seat, even if only for a moment. Please tell us a little about yourself, we always are interested in who you are, as well as why you are here,(buyer, seller) and what is important in your life.

I am an early riser, and not much for breakfast this early, so I have set out a few things on the buffet, bagel, muffins and fresh fruit, I did make a fruit compote of citrus fruit and pineapple. I just love it so thought that I would share it with you. Made of tangerines, grapefruit, oranges, and pineapple, all fresh of course.

Do me a favor today, try to do at least one random act of kindness, bring a smile to someone else. :)

The dinner hour is nearing and I have declared it Mexican Night at the Cafe...

Menu for tonight is taco bar, burrito bar, and fajitas to boot. We've got the beans and rice, and even some fresh churros for desert, to go with the Mexican Coffee, YUM!!!

Have to get busy now, I have sent Kat out for decorations, we are celebrating tonight.

OK, so we have the buffet set, and Admin emailed that he will be here later bringing some beverages. Or maybe that was in my dream durring my nap, not sure, so stick around to find out.:confused:

Kat returned from the decoration purchasing expedition empty handed. Although I did find a Marichi Band, but couldn't get them to paste to post, so no band, sorry...:o

But we do have food, tacos, burritos, f(r)ajitas, tamales, beans and rice.:D

Put Kat in charge of churros and she had to ask what they were, so I did it myself...

So grab a plate fill it up and enjoy.
