I see that your store banner is not working correctly, did you click the "insert image" icon to put it in? That icon is the yellow one at the top of the box when you are writing, you will need to wait for the image box to come up it will have "http:" in it, so just highlight that and paste your image link in there. Let me know if you need any further assistance.
