I Have an item that should have just sold but is showing it has a bid when it is a buy out. I tryed to find a place to contact the bidder/buyer but could not.
The item is # 1686660 ESI Juli@ 24-Bit/192kHz 4 Input/4 Output PCI Audio/MIDI Inte [ Item listed in both ] October. 24, 2008 November. 16, 2008 25 1 Yes (92) 129.00 USD
129.00 USD was the selling price. how did this person bid w/o just going thru checkout when it's a buy it now?

Without looking at it i'm sure what they did was put that amount in the Bid area and did not click the Buy Now button! They will be the winner now when the auction ends if someone don't bid them up!

Found your Auction and that's what they did! They Bid instead of doing the Buy Now! You'll have to wait till auction over now!

Clifford,

I see that most of your actions have the start price and buy out price at the same amount, which would prevent bidding and only allow buy out. Evidently this bidder found one that you did not have buy out listed on. I have looked this item up from our control panel, and it is showing that there never was a buy out set. You have a few others that I ran across that also did not have buy out, so possibly while listing you forgot to enable?

I Ment to also ask if there was a way to contact the bidder. I tried for like 15 mins and could not find a link.
Now i guess i lost the sale because there is no bid on the item now. I was going to tell the buyer they could have the item for the price it was at which is $129.

Figures that was one of 2 items i found which did not have a buy out. I gues that was when i first started listing and ddnt know what i was doing...
The only reason i knew i had a potential sale was i saw items with offers or bids

IS there any way to find out who that buyer was and contact them???
