I won a bid on Nov 1 and haven't received my item yet. Seller is hard to get a straight answer from that is when I can get one. Seller not sure of shipping date??? I have sent in a ticket about the seller not repling to my emails already.
How much longer should I want for my item to arrive? I have sent the seller 2 request for a shipping tracking number but seller has ignored my request.
I did pay for the item on the date I won the bid by Paypal.
Should I contact Paypal now since it's been 2 weeks or should I give it a few more days????
Should I do another ticket on this seller?

One more thing when your done getting this settled on way or another is to make sure you leave that seller a feedback so others know one way or another!

members area>bidding>won items(sub tab)......out beside each item in that tab will have several links out to the right side of page. Message board, leave feedback, and delete.

I think the seller is now using a new user name. I don't see any more auctions under their name but now there is a new seller registered on Nov 13, selling the same items.:mad:

You should go to your ticket you made before and add this info on there!
If it is the same sellers that got you i would go to paypal now and change your dispute to a complaint! And if you paid via c-card do a Chargeback ASAP! THIS way paypal will hold there funds out until your case is settled! With just a dispute filed, they do not hold the funds out!

I can't be 100% sure that it's the same person but I have reasons to believe it is. Reason besides the seller selling the same mercandise. The date of registering was the frist clue, the name was the biggest hint.
The seller was not using their real address. But did use a real phone number that lead me to the real address. An out of the country address which are the first three letters of the new sellers new username.
Oh! they are still using the same bogus bidder to run up the bids.. I hope no one for real bids on these auctions.

Got an email from PayPal today saying that the seller has issued a full refund and the dispute was closed.
I'm going to looking into seeing what more I can do to stop this person. I truely think that they are only doing this to get attention. Sad how some people are.

A bunch of us have been watching them as we all know No one can sell new electronics that cheap as they are way below wholesale price! (Unless there stolen)
What there doing is trying to build up there feedback! Were 99.9999% sure it's the same one as all there bidders are the same!

They have been Suspended too!
We'll see how long it takes for them to come on with a 3rd seller name! LOL!
If you start seeing those same items selling for nothing again then you know!
