Our campaign to begin bringing in buyers has now begun. We will be referencing the http://community.webidz.com/forumdisplay.php?f=11 thread, for these potential buyers to find specials being offered by our sellers. So if you are offering discounted items, reduced shipping, or any other specials, please post the details in that thread.

We strongly recommend sellers to have "fair" shipping prices and a combined shipping policy. As one of the biggest factors in driving sales is reasonable shipping costs.

Hi Craig, Admin is referring to; we are working very hard to bring in buyers from EVERYWHERE. We have many challenges and promotions in place, and as well, our site is being rated very highly in the auction search engines. (Google, Froogle, and more). We encourage everyone to offer best prices possible, as well as reduced and combined shipping. Go the second (and THIRD) mile if needed to get the buyers, as well as new sellers in here. Our Admin, (as well as all of us) is working very hard to make this happen!

The points that you earn for making posts in the forums is a totally seperate thing. You will find what you can do with those by going to the User Cp and buying lotto tickets and drawings with your points. Admin is also working on some "point only auctions" that we can bid on using our points.

Toys, we also have special games going most all of the time, that members may win many
extra points. It is especially nice for new members as they can quickly add points. See the area
under games and some times under the café thread. I will start another hangman game tomorrow
for big points. Anyone can win and MOST of our regular players have won one or more times.

I was wondering also I have 20 pair of 14K 2.5 TDW stud earrings Retail 39,995.00 where would be a good place to list something of such value starting bid would be $2500.00 with a buy now of $29,000 if I list it here WeBex Points Bonus 1000 Any ideas i am just not sure about listing this due to the value being new and all. Any feed back on this would be most appreciated. THANKS Everyone.:confused::(

Hi J..you earn the points through participation in the forums. There is no way to
award them to buyers, unless your buyer was forum active. Besides, you need to
participate a LOT and earn a lot of them. Do you know about the auctions some of us are
doing utilizing webidz (WeBex) points? We do not have the program in place that would allow
us to charge regular sums of money plus webidz points. (we may not ever, as that is not the
point of the program). I will be back again later if you have more questions. Admin & I will
help if we can.

J, Hi again, I am going to try to deal with this question above. First, (IMHO) if I were you, I would
sell these very high ticket and item specific items mentioned above at some sort of jewelry specific auction
site. We sell jewelry, but I am unsure if your items would ever go to the level that you are going to need them.
Just a idea, why not list one or two pairs here at a price you can afford to take, OR list with a reserve.
J, you will also need to earn many points (by forum participation) in order to BUY in the WeBex program.

Hey there Drake, I am sure you did not notice that that post from admin was in
Jan. We are working on more very exciting things every week. Admin is sort of buried
in work right now though in the new server. (getting it ready and doing testing and such).
