Mj,

Thanks for this report. The user crystalhebron1's messages have been removed, and we have taken appropriate action against their accout.

The account you show as trying to login to your account... Where did you get this username/information from? As we do not show this as a valid user.

You know when a person is going to log in and i double click it to get our log in name to come up that was saved! That name came up too as someone tried to figure our sign in name out! A couple of weeks ago someone got into our yahoo mail and got our info on our sites and went on ebay and got into our account too! We had to change our poasswords and even the log in name on ebay! That same day we found the same thing on here in our sign in! Differant then today but someone trying!

PS: Is there a way we can change our log in name on here to M & J TRADING instead of what it is now?

How do we make the banner below clickable on here!

Thanks

If I am understanding you correct, you are referring to what shows in the username entry when attempting to login? If something is showing there, then that means that someone has used that username on your specific PC... as that is cached on your pc only. Evidently it sounds like there are other people that have access to your pc? Possibly that is how others gained access to your other compromised accounts.

If others have access to your pc, we would recommend not storing passwords, ever. As all someone would need to do is click into the username slot to see options you have used before. Then if you stored your password, it would automatically fill in for them. Changing your username would do nothing, as your new username would show just like the others. We recommend changing passwords frequently, and never having your pc remember them, and never store them in files on your pc.

I'm the only one on this as the wife makes me do it all on the pc! It's a funny deal it happen the day my info got stolen and now again today! It was not on there at 10 pm last night when i turn the pc off!

On the changing name deal is that we are doing it on all our sites so we have the business name on each site the same!

Thanks Anyway!

I know we cannot allow the "&" character for usernames, as it conflicts with dynamic url characteristics. Please send an email to admin@webidz.com, with the details of this name change request. We can then look into this change for you.

Yeah, the only way this other username (or any such characters) would be remembered on your pc, would be if it has been entered previously. Possibly it was entered for a different form on another site? These characters would have been entered from your pc though.

So basically this does not mean that someone is trying to access any of your accounts... it just means that windows is remembering something from a form that you have previously filled out.
