WAM will not log in

Tells me there is a roblem with my password or username, and obviously there isn't beacuse I can log into the forums and the Auction site .... help please!!:confused:

When you clear it off from scratch make sure you delete the wam program completely from your pc, in your add and remove, your temps ect! Then re down load the wam and extract the files then click on the icon with the big disk in front and try that

Roz and I just banged heads on this......okay, when you open WAM, set up your name and password in the Tools> preferences tab.....then save it......then go to file and choose download master data......Not sure if that's the fix, but worth a try.
