My suggestions are in no way intended to hurt feelings or insult all the hard work that has gone into making this site what it is today. It is only my opinion. Based on the research I have done I have concluded that this site does not have a problem attracting new people (buyers or sellers) it has a problem converting the people into buyers. I would like to see less clutter, get rid of all the ads by Google they are not relevant, they distract a buyer and link them away from the site. Also, a better job needs to be done in the policing of the sellers. There are some very questionable characters on this site and nothing seems to done to stop, prevent, remove their activities. How to do that should be very easy and yes I will help.

Another one of my ideas....and I have given this one lots of thought as well....a Chat Room. I thought it would be fun, build relationships among members, forum for bouncing ideas of each other regarding a variety of topics

I think much of it is ease of use. Right now there are many areas that make it difficult to find, purchase and/or pay for items. Much of these issues are being addressed with the new platform, and this should be a very good thing for all.

Regarding the google ads... We have seen this suggestion before, and we understand where you are coming from. But this is a much needed revenue stream to "keep the lights on", and continue growth through advertising. There is less than half a percent click through ratio (going out), and we get more back through advertising from the generated funds. Over 50% of the people that click out, come back within a couple days. So basically put, we would have less growth and less revenue for operations by not having the ads. We plan on getting rid of these down the road, but not at this time.

We strive to keep bad sellers and buyers off the site. We do police auctions and buyer/sellers, but there is no way for us to catch everything. We get reports all the time, and we always look into and deal with things. So if you ever see something awry, please feel free to submit a ticket. Not all reports result in action, but action is taken where neccessary.

The chat suggestion may be a good idea. Right now we are very busy with all the other upgrades, but invite you to bring this up again later (in case we forget).

Thank you James for the above information. What are your thoughts on the "sold item relist" option. As an example, I offer to you this....I will sell the bags of pinecones faster by listing 10 bags 5 times instead of 10 bags 1 time...with the automatic relist option...I am saving a step later and that item will always be appearing on webidz.
