Can I use buy out only ?

I've noticed that other sellers have Buy Out Only ( let's call it BOO)LOL, and would like to do that. How the devil do I disable the auction funtion and go with a BOO ? Also how does the buyer ask the seller a question ?

When you are setting up your auctions and you see the auction start price....put in what you are wanting to sell it for then just a couple of spaces down the screen it says enable buy out click that box and in the next space put in the same price as the starting price. Look at your finished auction.... under the pic of the item is a question box that the buyer askes a question.

I just knew there was a way to do it...now I need to go back and edit what I've posted so far. Yes, I'm a transplant from dahbay after the newest rash of fee hits on small sellers.On the 20th I'll be completely out of it...but will still be a member of the glass chat room.
