If you want it on your store home page, click the Store>>Main Settings buttons in the members area. Then complete the below steps (in red).
If you want this displayed on other store pages, click the Store>>Store Pages buttons in the members area. Then complete the below steps (in red) for the pages you want this to appear.
If you want it to appear in auctions, click the Selling tab in the members area. Click the "edit auction" link for the auction you want to insert banner into. Go to the description section for the auction, then complete the below steps (in red).
You can also set this up in your preferences page, so this is automatically included in your description section for all new auctions. To do this click the Selling>>Prefilled Fields buttons in the members area. Scroll down to the description section, then complete the below steps (in red).
DIRECTIONS FOR HTML INSERTION:
Clicked the "<>" on the html editor for the description. Past the below code into the page, then clicked the "apply" button, then the "ok" button. Then scrolled down to the bottom of the page and click the "proceed" button to save the changes.
