Hello barnie,
I must admit, I'm a bit grim as well.
We had a number of good sales about a month or so ago. This woke me up and got me back listing, but there hasn't been anything since.
It seems that Webidz is good at drawing sellers - the reasonable prices are great! But, the buyers don't know to come here. I have doing a word of mouth advertising, but I don't have much else. I will have to tell my cousin about the Nascar Barbie outfights - she is crazy for Barbie and her father is a fan of Nascar - but not a Stuff collector.
Keep in there. And Good Luck to you and everyone at Webidz, Drake.

It would help if there was communication here from the staff. I have ask and cannot get a link to the store, you ask questions and may or may not get answers. You need a code book for the site. One lady was nice enough to try but made no sense to me so it was useless. I have had two people ask questions that cannot be answered because there is no box to use or way to get back to them. You can ask the help desk and get insulted. I am new here and cannot see me being an oldtimer. They want your money to be verified and then dump you is all I can figure! If they wanted it to work they would at least try to help with answers.

If you need to get questions answered faster from Admin Please use the category (General Questions and Discussions) This is the best place to ask!
Good Luck!

I think we are fairly good with answering questions, and most of our members can attest to that. When you ask a question, you may want to go back to that thread to see if there has been an answer.
I looked for questions that you have posted... I found the one that you asked for links, and we provided you links for HTML code and BBCode. If you have further questions after that, you need to clarify additional questions. Otherwise we think your questions are answered. Please see thread below for the links you asked for.

I have also looked at your tickets in the help desk, one was answered politely, and the other referenced the above answer that was already given to you. You also had submissions on our FAQ pages.
When we have users submitting the same question multiple time on various site forms, many times we will delete duplicates. There is no reason to ask the same question 5-10 times on various forms. Are we expected to answer each? If you ask a question through one of our forms, you should give us time to respond (usually within 24 hrs).

Uncle..I gotta say several of us have been in here to try to help you. I have done
NUMEROUS banner codes for folks that they have not even used.We want to help you
all we can..I would not make the comment about the verification fee..please. $5.00
free store, a onsite and active Admin to help you, as well as many community members.
I think that MJ had a great suggestion. The Admin is working this site about 16 hours
a day, and I feel he does a incredible job! :)
And BTW.. I understand freedom of speech and sure believe in it..But, is it good for
newcomers to the site to come in our forums and the first thing they see is::confused:
"Is this Deadsville??"
(OK, I can exercise my freedom of speech, and opinion, as well, Thank you)

LOL, That is what I want... the comments that BOTH MJ & Kat made, First
We ARE a big family, but we can not make this big family prosper with a few folks
working..everyone that wants to succeed (that IS everybody, right:confused:) is going to have to
take a very positive and proactive part in working, while watching closely our growth!
AND as Ms Kat said..we all need to follow up on our own threads, I know that all of us
are all over the forum trying to give answers to questions that seemingly come up over &
over again..Admin is extremely busy and probably has a rather difficult time chasing the
same question to answer around from 8-10 members on 3-4 different threads.
I think that is exactly why our Admin started that thread, 'talk to Admin' or something like
that up near the top threads.
I appreciate EVERY one of you active board members, as does Admin, and we may not
always see eye to eye exactly, but I so appreciate you all and the growth we are making..
Lets' just 'do it'as NIK'E was famous to say!! I appreciate everyone's point of view.:)

unclejunk,
I just wanted to add another small note... If you ever have a response that you do not understand, please feel free to let us know. Do not ever be afraid of sounding like a dummy (as some have put it). If you continue to not understand our explanation, we will continue to provide additional answers in different formats, until we can assist you with getting everything running. If you are willing to learn, we (admin and community members) will always be willing to give advice and pointers.
