Hi,

I guess I would probably find it out in time but anything that is in error on an auction, AND I KNOW ABOUT IT, drives me nuts! :D

I have checked my preferences in WAM and also tried to check the template, nothing there. Must be embedded somewhere.

Clueless, TIA!

I can't get rid of "buyer responsible for shipping"...........want it to say, 0 or that seller is responsible.

Carol, on my digital items, I just usually check 'seller pays' and in the box below,
save the words to prefill "free shipping, digital (or email delivery). Just a idea. BTW,
I went looking and already have both of those!! :D

Hi Lana~!

With your experience, I don't doubt you have these great ebooks in your inventory stock already!

I meant, where do you change it? I can't find where I set that in the first place! lol

Update: Not so good. . .

I have changed my settings in PREFILLED FIELDS but how do I get them to apply to auctions listed?

Have tried opening live listing, editing, but my HTML goes haywire when I attempt the slightest edit on "My WeBidz" page.

I have tried updating inventory (after saving new settings in prefilled fields), then uploading listings again, no luck.

I have deleted the listings and started with a fresh upload from WAM (after saving new settings in prefilled fields)

Do I need to reboot for changes to take affect?

Nothing seems to work that I have tried - open to suggestions! :)

Well, I feel a little silly. :o This issue has been resolved.

I guess there is quite a lag, that I am not used to, in changes being implemented.

Again, paitience, patience, patience! My goal is to have everything listed ASAP but I won't trod forward until

I see the first two auctions are how I want them. No sense in having to edit or add extra work to an

already full plate, right?

Well, here we go again! :)

I just submitted a new listing and I have the same error.

(Shipping Conditions Buyer pays for shipping expenses)

I did make sure that the Prefilled Fields were set correctly, but the new auctions always come out different than my settings! Where is this setting to change it, or is it a bug?

I have to edit the individual auction on the site, then because it changes the format of my html when I edit, I have to go back to WAM and relaunch so as to update the html that I changed the "seller pays" option for.

A little annoying, but maybe I am missing something. Any suggestions welcome.

Carol,

I have looked into this issue, and have found it is a bug on our end. Evidently the auction manager is entering a default value, which users do not have an option within the WAM program to choose. I am not sure if there is a temp fix that I can provide you, but I will look into this. I should know within the next 24-48 hours if I can provide a temp fix for you.

Wow, I sure appreciate forthright communication from Admin~! No need to spend time on a temp fix, no biggie. I hate to ask for you to spend time on it. I will make due till the offical update is ready. Thanks ever so much.

Carol,

I am still going to see if there is a temp fix for this. Due to the recent update problems that some members have been having, we will not be providing any updates for about 2-4 weeks. We want to be sure we have all update issues resolved and tested before we provide any updates. We would rather members have to wait, than experience such issues again.
