downloaded latest auction software update, have problem

The program downloaded the latest update and after installing and restarting the program my "New Auction" window looks like picture attached. I am not sure what I do to fix it. I tried expanding the box but it doesn't bring up the missing fields.

Also, I keep getting "root element missing" error when I open up the software

Evidently there seems to be an update issue that is preventing the settings file from updating correctly.

If you download and unzip the attached file, then insert into the auction manager install directory, this should resolve your issue.

The default directory for install would be "C:\program files\webidz auction manager".... or "C:\program files\WAM 1.49"

When copying the file to the install directory, if you receive a prompt asking if you want to overwrite an existing file, select yes.
