New Store - help with listings items

Hello,

I'm new here and having difficulty with listing my items.

I have set-up my account and selected the main store categories that I will use as well as created custom categories for my store.

However, when I select "Both" to list items in my store and on the main site, the items are only showing up in my store.

Do I need to upgrade my account from the Bronze account (free store) to a Silver account or higher?

hey there Miriam!!
Our Admin will be in to give you a better answer, but I would say that if you check
'BOTH', it should show up in both. I always list in both, for more exposure. I don't
think it is affected by your store level.
Like I said Admin can answer better though. We are so glad you are here. Do you
need help with anything, I will get you a banner code for your store.

There is no need to upgrade your store, unless you want to have more than 250 active items in your store. If you list as both, they will show up as both. What makes you think it is not showing on the main site? Try this... List an auction as both, then go to the recently listed items that is linked from the home page. Then check for your item you just listed.
