Hello Webidz!,
I have been trying to figure out how to find a specific item that is in my store so I can end it early.
It is easy to end an item, when you can find it in the "Open Items List' in the Selling section. However trying to find one specifc item is tough when you have a 1,000 of them.
I have tryed to find a listing by the item number, but that doesn't work. Search apparently doesn't work with item numbers. If this is a glitch, it would be good to be able to search for item via the item number.
I have also tryed to search for my items by the name, but in a broad search, I get hundreds of items that don't match the search.
This actually doesn't work for me anything, because I can't end an item early from the listing page. That would be another feature that would be useful.
Please help me with this, It would help speed things up and help me keep llistings up to date.
Keep up the good work and Good Bargain Hunting - and selling - Drake.

Drake,

Go to the red bar above, click "Auctions Login", then login, once you get the black bar "Members Area" click selling, then scroll down, page through till you find the item in question, then click on the item. You will then be given the following options, sell similar, edit, or delete. Click delete, your aution will be ended.

Sorry if these instructions seemed simple to you, but I am unsure of how much you know about Webidz, and wanted you to be able to end your auction as easily as possible.

Please let me know if you need any further help with this matter.

I think librarian is having a hard time finding a specific item in their selling pages. If you can find the auction in question, by either a site search or by replacing the auction number in the below url (if you know the auction number). You can end the auction directly from the auction details page. If you are logged into your account, all your auctions will have options "sell similar", "edit auction" and "delete auction". This section is located just below the title of each auction, next to the "print view" section. If an auction has less than 12 hours left, or has bids, the edit and delete option will not show.

We know finding auctions in the bidding area can sometimes be difficult when you have many auctions listed. We are looking into changes for these pages.

Thank you Roz, Rick and Lana,
You where right Lana - I must not have been logged in when I tryed to delete the item by going straight to the auction.

No troubles Roz & Rick, thanks for the help. I have done the same thing myself. No troubles on the simple explanations, either, better to be given too much information than not enough :).

I try to keep a database of the auction numbers but this can be tough when the auction number changes each time the auction is automaticly relisted.

I have found that I still have some problems with getting the exact item that I am searching for - I usually get hundreds of items that don't seem to have any relationship to the item as well.

Thanks again and Keep up the Good Work, Drake.
