I think there is a new bug in the Auction Manager. I created a new auction for a baseball card of Babe Ruth and successfully uploaded it. I then also saved it as a template, because I have a lot of items from that same card set to sell, and in the template, it would allow me to simply change the card number and player name. I then created a new template for a different type of card, but whwn I saved it as a template, it deleted the babe Ruth template. I now have 2 templates for the 1990 Leaf set, when I only need one. Firstly, why did it delete or save and write over the babe Ruth one? Second, I can't find a way to delete one of the 2 Leaf templates?

Were you trying to use a template to create a new template? If so, this would just overwrite the original template opened.
To delete a template you would open the templates screen. Highlight the template you want to delete, then right click the template and choose delete from the drop down menu.

OK, successfully deleted the unwanted template. I created the babe Ruth auction from my template, but then I modified the leaf listing I had imported from ebay turbo lister, and when I saved that as a new template, it simply wrote over the babe Ruth one.

"save as template" should never overwrite any other templates... Even if you give the template the same name, it would not overwrite.
The only way it should overwrite an existing template, is if that template is being used/open, and you click the "save" button. Are you opening an auction, then saving as template? Or opening a template to create a new one? You can use one auction to save hundreds of different templates... You just have to be sure you are opening the auction, then saving as template. Please let us know if you continue to have problems. We will make sure everything get figured out and working correctly for you.

Well, it keeps doing it. I have 10 items I imported from turbo lister to use as my templates and they are all listed in my inventory on WAM. I am trying to modify each one, and they all have different titles, and once modified, save them to WAM as a template. But they keep deleting one of the previous templates I saved, and as you can well imagine, it is very frustrating and time consuming. For example, I now have 2 templates for baseball cards Xmas templates, but my 2001 Topps Heritage vanished. I want to have a 2001 Topps Heritage and a 2001 Topps Heritage Xmas template, they are both different, but I can't seem to get it going here.

PS. No, I am not opening the template, modifying it and then saving it as a template in the wisdh of having 2 separate templates. I go to my auctions inventory, double click to open it, make the changes and then click on save as template. That is when it overwrites one of my previous templates.

hmmm
Can you do me a favor? Click the "items from template" option from the "tools" menu. Right click anywhere on the templates screen, and choose "add template". Now enter some generic test text and save the template. Then let me know if this is overwriting any of your other templates.

Did it and it did not overwrite any of my previous templates. Does that indicate the problem may be with those I imported from ebay turbo lister? Maybe it is easier if I just delete all of those and simply create brand new templates.

I am not sure exactly why it is doing that, but it appears it may have something to do with that. If you could send your import file to admin@webidz.com, we would appreciate it. Then we can look into this and try to find and fix the issue.
It may be easier for you just to create new templates for now, as it does not seem to be working with your imported items for some reason. We are very sorry for any inconvenience, and we will look into this issue.

Just found something else, don't know if it is a bug or not. In all my templates, I chose the start auction now option, but when I used a template to create a new auction, it selected the custom start option. How come?

hmmm... Good call
Evidently this appears to be setting the start time as the time it is saved (when Now is selected), rather than when it is uploaded. So if you save the auction at 1:00, it is listing that as the start time. So next time you open the auction, it looks like a custom start time. I am not sure if this would be considered a bug or a design flaw...
We will get this added to the list of updates.
