here's my story for everyone
I've got to go to council tomorrow to hand in my housing application form to see if I can get housing benefit and council tax benefit paid, I've had to lie on the form by saying that I've got some-one else living with me.
In 2003 I was mugged on the streets had everything stolen from me (when I say everything I mean everything) so had to change my bank account get a new birth certificate and drivers licence.
In 2005 I was mugged again on the streets, ID stolen including names and addresses of family and GF's address and name, which I haste to add included both our parents job titles.
It turns out the person that mugged me has stolen my Identity and with the use of his partner in crime as now pretended to be me and my ex-GF, so now all my housing benefit and council tax has been stopped since Oct 08 and I've had no money myself except from money from family to help pay for gas, electric and food.
Now because I've been a victim of crime, my council don't believe me and are accusing me of benefit fraud and my housing association are due to kick me out of the property on thursday and I've got go to the courts on friday because some bloke from the DHSS has said he has prove that I've got a joint bank account and am married so he's doing me for fraud. The day I was supposed to have been married was the day I was spending with family as it was the day my grand father passed away (september 11th), so just for me to stay in my property I've got to come up with £2,004
People are so cruel.
