Newbie With Problems!

Hello I am new to Webidz and have a question! I did manage to get a few items listed for sale, but the items are not in my store. I must be missing something very simple...I signed up for a basic store to see how it all works, made a banner which is probably the wrong size lol, listed my items and tried to search for my store and can't find it. :confused:

When you first start to list your items, at the top of the page is auction, store, or both. Please use the both option. You should be able to edit the auction page. Just Click BOTH. Any further questions just ask, might take a bit to get an answer, but one will be there as soon as possible :)........................Steve

Hello Lana and Steve...I will look at your suggestions. I did just enable my store last night, so maybe it's not verified yet. I'm not a newbie to selling but this has me stumped forsure! I'm a little slow sometimes, but usually not this slow. LOL

Edited: Well now I feel like a real goof ball...gee it was right there! :o
One last question I promise...what is the allowed dimensions for the store banner?

Hi and Welcome to WeBidz,

I went to your store and you have some great items, I see that a few are showing up there. You can bet that I will be back ofter to check things out.

To answer you new question, the common dimensions are 468x60. That is the size that pretty much everyone uses.

Thanks for the compliments! I am very slow but will get there eventually. Next step is uploading to GB, which I think I can do, but might be back asking for help. :D
