WAM password problems

I have down loaded WAM but when I try to transmite my existing auction on to it it says that my password does not match.
I have used the one that I use for the auctions, That didn't work. And I tried the one that is used for the comminty, still nothing.
What am I doing wrong?:confused:

The auction manager connection with the site times out after a period of innactivity. So if you were working on auctions for a while, then went to upload, that is most likely the issue. If you close the program, then open again the software will connect.

We will be providing an update in the near future, where the software will automatically reconnect without members having to restart.

No I just down loaded it today and haven't used it yet at all.
I have not listed anything today so that should not be the problem:confused:

Any other suggestions?

At what point is it giving you this error? Do you have the program open for a period of time before you get this error.

I would down load it.
Then go to "Down load master data.
Then it pops up "Server could not log on, Please check username and password."

Did you enter your username and password on the preferences page? When you first load the program it should give you such a prompt.
