Just got this today and we notice when we were going to open a file a Image sign in box came up! It said new user in the log in box and we were suppose to put our password in! Were is this Image program on these xp pro to do that?

I don't know what program this box was for! I downloaded a word pad on a disk off the old 98 to save to put on here! When i put the disk in the xp then clicked on that file to open it, this sign in box for Image poped up! I couldn't find this program anywere. So i thought maybey it's part of thes Office Org that's on here, so i removed the Office Org program! It did the same thing! I didn't get no manual with this refurbished dell so i'm learnig!

Like I said, MJ..I have the XP pro as well..I cannot for the life of me figure what that is looking
for..Admin is really busy improving the site (MORE!!:D) as we speak, so we are gonna just muddle
along here..Wonder if we could go to DELL.com and download a service manual of some type
and save it as a PDF file on your PC..THAT is what I would do my friend, Also have you talked
with the person that sold you the PC, perhaps they know exactly what it is..or they should. We
will get this figured out. I guess the machine is functional as you are online..Wish I could help so
much more..all this stuff intriques me!!
