This is hard to explain, but I will try. I want to delete this item ##1266472 from my store because I have sold this item and somehow it got relisted. Anyways, when I go to selling, under options some of my items say you can edit, sell similar or delete them. Others just say sell similar or edit with no delete option. This happens to be the case with the book item # above. I am not sure if this is a bug or what, but I have tried numerous things, even logged out and logged back in to see if that made a difference but it did not. Please don't think I am crazy or something, I just need to figure this out. Thanks for you attention to this matter.

Velvet,
This is actually something that is built into the probid system. If an auction has bids or less than 12 hours until auction end, you will not see this option. We have removed this auction for you though.
We will most likely be building something into the Auction Manager, which will allow ending of auctions, even if they have less than 12 hours before end.

Admin..I would like to ask a question here as well..re: WAM :D IF a person deletes something
in WAM does it delete the auctions? I have some things on my spread sheet that I do not need,
and since this is also MY first time in the program, I am afraid to delete anything..IOW..WHAT is
safe to delete??
(I know a pretty stupid question):p
Thank you in advance!!

Lana,
If you import a bunch of auctions, then delete some of them, it would not affect anything in the program... You would just no be able to upload those deleted. So if you have a spreadsheet with items you do not want to upload, you could just import the whole thing, then delete the ones you do not want to upload.
If you delete auctions that are on your inventory page (in WAM), and these were already uploaded, it would not change the status on the site. So you could delete everything in the WAM program, and it would have no effect on the actual items on the site. You would no longer be able to modify those auctions within WAM though, as they would not be there.
The only time you are making changes on the site is when you add the item(s) to upload, then upload to the site.
If I have not answered your questions, please let me know.
