View Full Version : Verification disappeared

Hi,
I got verified through PayPal and listed 4 items on the evening of Feb 19th. When I logged back in on the 20th it was telling me I need to get verified. Somehow it seems my verification has disappeared. I did send in a help ticket last night, but have gotten no response. I would like to get my verification back so that I can continue to list items here.

Were you logged into Webidz when you attempted to list?

Yes, I was logged in. The message that I am not verified is there when I go to look at the items I already have listed. Also, is it even possible to get to the sell page without logging in? When I try that it just takes me to a login or register page.

Sorry for the stupid question, I use WAM, so probably can not help you. Admin should be around soon.

WAM is the Webidz bulklister. Here is a link to the sticky that Admin posted above in the WAM section of the forums.

Please read all instructions carefully, it took me 3 times to get it downloaded and installed properly. There is a link to the download on the sticky...

I really like WAM, and it is pretty easy once you get the hang of it...

I'll take a look at it when I get home this evening and they get the verification issue fixed (which I am sure they will). I was planning to look at it, but did not know that was the name of it.

Sorry I wasn't more help, WAM is a good program, I can list offline (I have dial-up) and then go online to upload. Works great once you get the hang of it.
