Is there a way to report suspected fake items? I was looking through some things and fuond an item that I know cannot exist. I would rather not post this publicly and would like to let Webidz staff handle this.

At the bottom of every page there is a contact link......that will send Admin an email. Or you can find any post with admin answering on it....click on admin and it will take you to his profile and there you can send him a private message.

Unfortunately, the contact button only takes you to the trouble ticket page. I was looking for an actual email address.

click on admins name in any post and it will take you to his profile. and from there you can send him a private message (scroll down his page, there is a link for it), the same as sending him an email as a copy of the message also goes to his email.

Thanks Lana, I was planning to get the banners this evening. I already opened the store. My big problem right now is the loss of my verified status. I cannot post new auctions!

We do have an email address available, and it is admin@webidz.com. We are switching over to the ticket system, as the amount of emails we receive are making issues and questions harder to track. We are currently getting about 10,000 emails per month, so the workload becomes very hard to manage. With the new ticket system, this will allow multiple employees to address issues and view historical data for each ticket.
We are not experts on any particular product... so we ask that when reporting suspected "fake" merchandise, you provide as much supporting documentation as possible.
We have a detailed copyright infringement policy (linked below), if you are a rights owner and feel your intellectual rights are being violated.
