Two unpaying buyers.

Hello Webidz,
There are two buyers that purchased items over a month ago and have not paid or responded to emails. I know that there is a lot of things that could have happened and heavens knows that I don't want to make any trouble, but I thought that there should be some place to report this and see if there is a way to contact them beyond email or to cancel the sales.

One person got one book, the other a LOT of Magic cards.

Here are the two items.
# 1358441 - The Holcroft Covenant - Robert Ludlum - HB - 1978.
# 1389924 - Giant Trap Door Spider Magic the Gathering Ice Age + a number of other cards.

Let me know what I should do on this issue.
