Hi Everyone,

I just sent my first two invoices. One customer bought multiple items. I think some work needs to be done to the invoices. I wanted to give a 20% off discount but that really wasn't an option. Also, where do I leave any additional information with the invoice? Maybe I didn't read through very well. I just saw the prices and the shipping prices.

Admin is working on a new invoice program! Right now what we do for additional info is click on the message board next to there name and put it there as they will get it! As for giving a discount as for know you have to just change the price on the invoice then send it to them and in the message board tell them the invoice has 20% off the reg price!

Invoicing through the site right now is not very user friendly, and there is many improvements needed. The newest version of the auction manager software (which is due for release any day now), is going to be very user friendly. Sellers will be able to do pretty much anything with their invoices... discounts, tax, exclude items from invoice, paypal button, additional details, modify invoices, etc. This new system will also cc a copy to the seller, so you know what you sent and when you sent it.
