Question about buying

Hello, I'm new here I have a question about buying items. I recently purchased a coin from a seller here and I have received a message from paypal saying the transaction is completed. When I got to my Won items page it still says processing-unpaid. Does it update and when does it update?
I made a purchase basically to see how this site works and so I'll know if/when I decide to sell on it.
Could please explain the process?

The system does not automatically update. Your seller, when they get notified of a payment received, comes back and updates the information.

Actually, if the seller has direct pay set up properly and the buyer pays through the WeBidz site, this should automatically update. It is when transactions are completed outside the WeBidz site that do not automatically update.

Then there may be a glitch....Lana purchased something through paypal from me and I had to go in and mark it paid and again when it shipped. Unless she didn't pay through the site but through paypal site itself. Never mind admin....Learn somethin new everyday I guess. The reason I had to go in and mark paid is cause I didn't know about that link you posted....had just linked the paypal account to this site.

My question is simple, I was bidding on a 0.25 ct champagne diamond, I was out bid so I bid up and was once again the highest bidder, I just came back to the site to check on my bid and its gone my bid,the diamond and any trace of me bidding so where in the world did it go and WHY?????????..This has happened on this site before and even when you do win half the time the sellers refuse to contact you or even accept the PayPal payment so do we as bidders have any rights on this site? because The way its going your even worse than that lousy ebay ....

Menikko...on the auctions home page on the right in the "recently sold" box, it shows the .25 ct...click on it and under bid history I did see your name. Looks like the winner outbid you at the last minute.

Sorry to hear this! We always contact our buyers as soon as we see something sold ! Best thing to do is to do a ticket on this! You can do that by clicking on contact at the bottom of any page!
Is this auction you bid on still going on or did it start over? Was there a Reserve on this Auction? If so you might have not hit the Reserve and the auction ended and if the seller had a relist on it it would be listed again like a new auction again!
