Hello. On January 27th of this year I signed up, paid the $5. verification fee and ran a bunch of cool auctions (unfortunately none sold) and I was thinking about running some different items hoping to finally maybe find a buyer. (I heard everyone was leaving eBay--where are the buyers?!) Regardless, my "bug report" is I clicked on "SELL" and it wants me to "get verified" and there's no other way to escape the process (less back button on browser) that I have already completed. I went into my account history and sure enough...there's my $5. verification payment. Please email me at my updated email address of record to let me know what you can do to 'fix' or tell me what I need to do (short of sending another $5.) to fix.
Thanks.

Hi Mike,
I wish I could help you, but this is one for the admin for sure. You may want to report a ticket and
someone will get to you pretty fast this way. I will send this on to Admin as well.
Glad you are here and all the best!!

Mike,
Verification removal is usually due to contact information being invalid. About 95% of the verifications we remove are due to buyers complaining of non response to questions. When we attempt to contact the seller, we get a bounced email. When this happens we immediately remove verification, as we are not able to contact the seller to resolve the issue.
Please open a ticket at http://helpdesk.webidz.com
We will then look into this for you. If it is simply a previous email issue, we will email your registered email as listed on WeBidz. If we get a reply back, we will be able to reverify your account. If there are any other issues, we will be able to address this in the ticket.

Well I tried to open a ticket, but it doesn't recognize me. Crazy. Please send me an email to my business email address (so I see it quicker than my ISP address I was forced to use to login here) and let me know what I need to do.

Mike,
We would not be able to provide any account details to email addresses not listed for the account, for security reasons. If you are using the help desk for the first time, you will need to click the link next to the text "first time help desk user". Then enter the appropriate information. After completing this, you will be able to use the helpdesk log in for future tickets.
