How are you trying to upload your item? Through the "Sell" link on the red bar near the top of the page? Through Webidz Auction Manager(WAM) the Webidz bulklister?

We need this info before we can really help you.

Yes, any info you can give us as to how you are trying to list items would be a great help. I have found it fairly straightforward here (but I am a computer geek after all). Always willing to try to help you out....
