Well the month is almost over, and I am sure all contest participants are eager to see if they win. At Midnight PST tonight, the winners will be randomly chosen via a random computer generated query. We will audit all winners tomorrow morning, to ensure there are no outstanding issues with any of the winning tickets. Then hopefully announce the winners by Noon PST. We will be emailing all the winners, requesting their Paypal address for payment. Payments will be completed within 24 hours of receiving this info back. We will also be instructing the first place winner on logo specs, for placement on our home page for the month of March.
We have added a new forum of "The Winners Circle" to the WeBidz Community. We will be posting all contest winners in this section, as the winners are announced. All winners are expected to reply to the thread designated for their win, after they have received payment from WeBidz. Failure to acknowledge receipt of contest winnings within seven days of receiving payment will result in being banned from all future contests (no exceptions).
This policy will be strictly enforced for two reasons:
1. New or current members can easily see that our contests are legitimate, and members are getting paid.
2. Members can not come back later and say they never got paid.
Although winners are only required to make the one post, acknowledging payment receipt. We would appreciate answering questions if they are presented to you in these threads.
