Featured auctions

If I choose the featured auction option, with the 8c fee, would that be featured on the home page? Would it be one of the 4 I see at the top when I login? Would it feature every time anyone logs in or do you have them rotating?

Home page featured is $.07, and this would display on the home page in rotation with the other home page featured items. Say you have an item set to auto-relist, and it was listed as home page featured. That item would auto relist as home page featured, and you would not be charged the fee again. If you relisted the item manually, the fee would be incurred again.
