I have never heard of propay so can't help ya this time round.
Admin is usually in and out during the day and will find this thread and can probly give more information on it or any other question you ask.
Maybe some other member has had dealings with propay and can put in their two cents worth.

Hi Dom,
From what I understand about PROPAY, they appear to be pretty much a credit card based company.
There longevity is a very encouraging factor, and most likely they are very trustworthy.
Admin. will know much more.
This link explains how trasactions are handled by the seller, but give a really good idea what is involved
for the buyer as well. I personally would wait for contact by the seller. If he/she does NOT contact you,we
need to know about that. Hope all turns out well. Please contact Admin or me, or fill out a report ticket, if you
are not contacted.
Many Thanks and glad you are here!

dom,
Sorry for the late reply. We do not have live support/chat at this time. We have a ticket system at the below url, but the community pages usually provide faster answers. I do not have any personal experience with Propay, so I am not sure all the details of their service. They are a credit card payment system though, so you will have protections from your credit card company. So if there was an issue with a purchase, you would be able to file a chargeback with your credit card company.
The basics of how the propay service works is that the buyer invoices you from the propay site, and an invoice is sent to your email address. You click the pay now button in the email to complete payment. Any time you make transactions or navigate to a payment gateway via a link in an email, be sure you are on the payment gateways site... In this case it should be something like https://www.propay.com, or https://epay.propay.com. If it is not the propay.com site, do not enter any info into any forms, as it could be a phishing email. If you have any question about the legitimacy of an invoice sent from a seller on the WeBidz site, just forward the email to admin@webidz.com. We can then look into the email and let you know if it is legit or not. Please also include your sellers username in any such correspondence.

Hi Dom....I am a Member of Propay, great place and wonderful Alternative to paypal. I have been with propay for about 3 years now. I have been with Paypal since they first opened. So I offer both options of pymts. Propay is approx. 35 dollars a year to be a member. You have your own merchant acct. and can accept CC's directly from your buyers. They charge a 35 cent fee plus a 3.5% fee to accept the money, other than that, its pretty simple to use. Any other questions just ask away. Take care!!
