ABC,

Hi and welcome to Webidz!! We are happy that you have joined us. I am sorry that you are experiencing some problems. Maybe I can help you.

I am assuming that you are listing from the site and not WAM(Webidz Auction Manager), the bulk lister.

So here we go:
After you have gotten everything looking the way you want, go to the upper right corner you will see this icon <> click on it and you will get a pop up screen. What I do then is click apply, then click OK.

Good luck,

Hi again, ok that didn't work. I am using an Auctiva background, could that be the problem??

Thank you so much!!

I use Auctiva in all of my recent auctions also. They work just fine. What you need to do is to not put ANYTHiING in the main description box. Click on the <> in the row of icons above the box and place all of your HTML there. Then apply it and click ok. You should then see your nice, pretty auction in the main description box.

Hope this helps! And if not and you need more help, just PM me and I am sure we can get it working.

Guys maybe THIS will help..after I hit <> IN the editor box I HAVE to hold Ctrl and 'V' and then
hit 'apply' and OK..ONLY way it works for me..hope this helps a little and the template is just like
I had it in TL..:D
Now if I ever need to COPY that same template I have to hold Ctrl and 'C'.

There are a couple things that could be causing this issue...

1) Be sure you are clicking the view source button, which looks like "<>". Then paste your html into that entry and save.

2) If your html contains dynamic content, java, or iframes the html will be stripped for security reasons. This type of content will need to be removed for your html to work.

If you are not sure if your html contains this type of code, just send to admin@webidz.com. We can then take a look at your html and let you know what the issue is.
