I have listings going away and others multiplying. Getting harder to pull this site up as well. Something I need to know? Too much time spent to lose items and then have to go in and delete others.

I know we have in the past had issues of some auctions duplicating. That issue was supposedly resolved, and there has been no reports in about a year and a half. If you find an auction duplicated, can you send us the auction numbers of both items, so we can look into this. We have never had any issues of auctions removed though. Was it an issue of an item not relisting? If so, could you provide the auction number of the item(s) that did not relist.

We have noticed lately that the more people using the auction manager, the site speed is decreasing at times. We are working on some changes to the auction manager, so it does not use as much system resources. If you or anybody else is uploading quite a few auctions, we ask that you upload in the morning or at night, and schedule the auction to start whenever you want them to. Scheduling these while importing bulk files is actually very easy. You would just select to start in the future, then designate a start time, and choose to space out each listing by a couple minutes. This is not a requirement, but it would help us out in the short term, until we can implement the new changes.

Missing are two vintage bicycle ads, egg plate, and a fan with advertising that I know about. Duplicated was a bread and butter plate about the same numer of times as the missing items. I deleted the duplicates but don't have the missing ones back yet. I don't sell new items but once in a great while and not enough to bulk list. I usually do list at night but have not scheduled for later because it takes me so much time between listings. Sure would like to get the listing back rather than have to do over.

We have found the two auctions you mentioned. We are showing that the auctions ended normally, and were not relisted because this option was not chosen, or the amount of auto relists designated in the original listings expired. It also shows that these two items were deleted from the ended items page. So possibly when you were deleting items from the ended page, you though they were already relisted?

We have activated these two auctions again for you, and they are currently running. The are not set to auto relist, so you will need to edit these if you wish them to have this option.

We notice duplicate items too when using WAM! We found out why it's doing that tho! If we double click on a New Auction we will get a duplicate! If we single click, we get one! When doing a tempplate it's ok

I am not sure what you mean by double clicking to get a duplicate? Are you talking about double clicking an item from your inventory page? If so, double clicking should just open the item so you can edit it.

You know how you double click on a something to open it! Thats what i mean! If i just click the mouse once on new auction it seems to be ok! Before i was clicking twice to open it and was geti\ting a duplicate everytime it seem like! So that's what it does on my PC anyway! No problem with it,but thought that maybey it's doing the same thing for the other guy!

hmmm. I will need to check into this further. I know users can designate fuctions of single click or double click operations on their pc, but it should not make any difference with the auction manager.

If you have any more that are missing, just let us know and we can retrieve for you. If you ever have question if an item is scheduled to relist, you can see this on the open items page. It will say "no" or "yes" in the relist column, with the amount of relists if specified as yes.
