One of 9 Listings Just Disappeared

One of my auctions just disappeared last week and I have waited about a week to see if my ticket # Te00000051 would be answered. I don't know how long I should wait. If possible I just want it back. I haven't, but will from now on, print each of my listings the minute it is on the site. I just asked them to put it back on my auctions, hope they can do that. WeBidz is doing a lot of good work too.

I do not usually handle tickets in the help desk, but I will look into this for you. Tickets should be answered within a couple days.

I have looked up your ticket and found the issue with this auction. It was marked as deleted, which should only happen if the user clicks the delete option on the open items page. We have removed the delete, and this item auto relisted, since you had this option selected. Possibly you thought you were on the ended items page, and accidentally deleted from the open tab?
