Getting Verified

I signed up yesterday but still cannot access the selling feature. After I log in and press sell I am asked to get verified. What can I do to get access to the site?

In looking at your account, I am showing that your account was verified earlier today. So you must have sent an email to us, and we most likely manually verified payment and info.

After payment submissions to Paypal, users should be directed back to our site. Which is when data is transferred back to us, and accounts are automatically verified. Most likely you were not redirected back to us, or you closed the Paypal page before this redirect happened.

If any users submit verification through Paypal, and your account is not immediately verified, please send us an email through our contact page. We will usually respond and resolve your issue within 24-48 hrs.

I also paid to be verified and still cannot sell. I sent message to you guys days ago and have had no reply. It keeps wanting me to verify. I will not pay again, and I am getting no response, this is almost starting to feel like a scam.

I am not sure why you have not been helped yet. Either your email to us was blocked/bounced, or we have not yet got to your email. I have went into your account and manually verified your paypal payment. Your account is now verified, and you will be able to list. I am showing payment was made just under 48 hrs ago, so your email to us would have been sent after that. I just wanted to clarify this, as you made it appear that it had been many days, but it was actually less than a day and a half when you posted.

We do our best to be as timely as possible, but we do not have a huge staff that runs 24 hrs a day. Please be as patient as possible when waiting for a reply. Sometimes it takes a little longer, but we always reply personally. Never any bot responses.

Hello,I just joined a day ago and have been trying to get everything in order so I can begin selling here.First I went to get verified and did but it hasn't shown here as of yet. Second I went to the link listed for your product manager and there is nothing there to download.:D:D:D I'd like to start selling as soon as I am able to. I appreciate any advice, help that is offered. Thank You.

We are sorry for the delay. Your account has been manually verified, and you will now be able to list items on the site. We temporarily removed the link for the Auction Manager program, pending some bug updates. We should have this re-released shortly, and will be posting the details of this release here in the forum.

We noticed you had two paypal payments for the verification. We have refunded one of these to your Paypal account. Please let us know if we may be of any further assistance.
