I bid and won an item and I am waiting to pay by Propay and the seller keeps saying he has sent the invoice but I do not see it in my email so he is sending it again and I still do not see itI hope he is not trying to pull a fast one because I see the same item listed the same day i won the auction but he could be selling more than one i will have to wait and see how it plays out. Does Propay have to be set up outside of this site. This site does not automatically send a Propay invoice does it if you win an auction. Thanks for any info. How does the seller get my email address

Most sellers have listed what type of payments they take! We do not take Propay! And Alot of other buyer doen't and our not set up to do so!
Best thing to do when you want something on a auction is to check and see what kind of payments that seller takes!
When you buy we get your registration name, address and email so make sure all that is right! Also check your junk mail!

They are telling me the invoice is sent automatically just like a paypal invoice and they had all the offline payment versions listed. I will have to wait and see what is up with this and I have check my junk email. Seller is iTech2008 and I am new to this site so i am not sure how things work with other payment methods.

burdock,
There are many sellers that have their items set to auto relist even if sold, as they have multiples of the same item. We do not send product invoices, as that would be the reponsibility of the seller. If your seller said he sent the invoice to you, you may want to check your junk mail/spam folders, as it could have been routed there.
Sellers can either get your info from their members area, or they can opt to have automated emails for sold items which also contains your contact info. If your email provider is blocking your emails, you may need to provide an alternate email to receive the invoice.

He most likely stepped out... possibly went to work. Many sellers have full time jobs, and sell as a sideline. I would give him a day or two to respond to you, then let us know if he doesn't. Most sellers are pretty good about maintaining contact. I do not know this seller, so I cannot attest to anything. Just making a general statement. Any time you have issues with other members, it is best to open a ticket at the below url. This way it is easier for us to track and deal with issues accordingly.

burdock,
I use propay its a service a seller has to sign up for, when a customer purchase's an item from me,I have to email them an invoice or they can call me and i process the information over the phone.I had some problems when customer's didn't get their invoices, but propay sends me a copy so i just forwarded the copy to them and it was paid, you might want to ask the seller to forward you a copy of the invoice that he received from propay.
