Do you have anyone actually run Webidz. I have written 2 tickets for a problem I have been having with a seller here and have only had 1 reply since the 23rd. Is this really a serious auction site with real people who work for Webidz or does some sort of entity run this, like a cyborg or maybe like The terminator were the machines have taking over . Does anyone care that I haven't receive an item that I won the bid on march 5th. I can't believe that this site is still running. Who actually makes the money off of the auctions that you charge for listings. I have been invoiced and credit card has been billed and seller won't correspond with me. Can someone let me know what my options are in regards to this transaction? Sorry if I seem rude, but I am very frustrated because no one will talk to me, I feel like I have the plaque or something. All I am asking is for a little cooperation in dealing with this problem and it seems like no one cares.

I will be sending your post to Admin to look into....there is a process he goes through to make sure the seller is still active.
Unless you are upgrading your listings, there is no charge for running an auction.
We do care that you are having difficulty with a seller..and we do want to address this problem.
If you have made a purchase using a credit card, can you do a charge back on the credit card and recover your money spent? But I think that there is a 30 day thing on that, If I'm not mistaken, federal rules are a seller has 30 days to ship a purchase so you may have to wait until that time to be able to do a charge back, contact your credit card company and find out what their rules are and what your options are on it.

HI there Dominate and welcome to the forums. Admin comes in the forums at least
twice daily and the rest of the time, Kathy (Kat) Roz, and I as well as many of our other
fine members help folks all that we can. We are sellers and do not deal with folks personal
detail, accounts, and business. We will help all we can, however if you have forum or
selling (not involving private info and such).
We have contacted Admin, and he is amazing at customer care and will be with you shortly.
Yes, In regard tp your poll, I and most folks on the forum KNOW that our Admin is very prompt,
efficient, and courteous with handling customer/seller needs.

i say very fast like today i had a problem with a buyer advertising his site in my items quistions section from the time i posted it to the time he fixed it was less then 30 mins thank you admin your doing a great job :D
