OK, I think you don't really want this deal to be completed. If i don't hear from you by the end of the day, I will assume you aren't going to complete this or the other transaction as agreed.

Hello. I am still waiting to complete this transaction. The shipping and insurance costs you are billing are each $1.00 more than they should be. Please re-invoice at the right costs ans I will make immediate payment. You still have not explained what happened to the other auction that was removed before completing.
