Hi Admin,
Yesterday morning when I left for work, I had 94 open auctions on the site and they all had the auto relist option enabled for 1 or 2 more relists. When I got home last night, I could not get onto the site due to your maintenance. This morning I see that I now have 50 open auctions and zero closed. I received multiple emails informing me that auctions had closed due to no winning bids being placed. But they have vanished!! Where are my missing 44 closed auctions and why did they not automatically relist??

Hi,
Don't feel bad, all the items in my store vanished with the exception of one item. All my listings gone...poof!!!

The site went on "maintenance mode" yesterday afternoon starting sometime between 2ish and 3:30ish cst...........it was still like that around 2am cst this morning when I went to bed.........I had 211 running listings running and none closed yesterday morning.....Now I only have 101 running with 17 closed. And the 17 that are closed are dated for a week time span in Feb. Also if you notice on the home page.......the "Recently Sold" column is gone.

Seems like we got hit by something that has been going around to other sites. Same thing happened on epier a few weeks back and several commercial sites have been experiencing web problems recently - more than normal. They got through it and so will we. Just be patient, give them time to fix it.

You may be right, would not argue with you! We all have much invested here in time and really need for it to be made right. We really do need to stand behind admin. right now and give it time. I expect this will not be the last time things like this happen so we all get to learn valuable lesson's - sometimes painfull. Keep the faith, we will get through it. You and the rest of us need it to work.

Just got in and I have read all the responses. Must admit I am slightly disappointed that none of them are from Admin, letting us know they are aware of the problem and working on it. That wrinkle showing all my auctions that are open but all ending over 3 weeks ago is very odd. Hope to hear from Admin soon.

Yes we understand your concern too. But let me ask you this question, would you rather admin. be here answering questions or fixing the problem? I have some deep concerns too but know it is best to be patient in times like this. You can bet admin will want to fix this quickly.

I am glad you said that Rick..Admin and team have been on this with little/no rest
since this occurred. I am so grateful to our loyal members for all your hard work
today.. I worked today and have to again tomorrow..(I have to keep my job for me
and jb).I will be with yal tomorrow night and I know James will be in just ASAP.
I would suggest for now (JMHO, though) that we don't try to relist just now, but
wait on the boss.
I am sincerely sorry this occurred folks. Wish I knew more. (I am not 'technical' as
all my friends here know):o..I am just your friend and hopefully your helper.:)

Phew, I thought I was the only one with these problems but I guess I not. I had three listings with auto relist enable and they are all gone. Hopefully they will get everything back up soon.

Of course I want Admin to work on getting this fixed, but let me ask this. How many people are on the Admin team? Does anyone know how many techs are working on it? Generally speasking, it might even have been possible to make an announcement at the top of the community page, informing us that the issue is being worked on, similar to the announcement of the new WAM update? Speaking of that, have those bugs ever been ironed out?

Now I see either progress or a worsening situation. My 50 auctions that were open, but with end dates that have long since passed, are now all closed.
