Store items gone!

What happened to all my store items? I have only one item left and the rest have simply vanished! I am reasonably sure that I did not have a run on my store last night! UGH!!!!!!!

Mine are all gone to everything i did this week are gone and all the old one's i deleted are back ,do i have to re-list everything again grrrrrr

I don't know...not getting much of a response from admin on this problem...I would hate to think we have to list everything all over again!

Hang in there guys, you know this is a problem and we must give them time to fix it. I would rather give them time to get the over 200 I lost back. They cannot address all our questions and do it too. Hang in there! We will get through this.

I sent a ticket 2,I just hope that i don't have to re-list everything again that will really stink,but I'm just waiting like everyone else

Good for you all! It does take time. I bet everyone of you has had computer problems before and you survived it, this site will get through this little problem and be stronger for it.

Ouch! That hurts even me and I did not list them. You have been around for a good long while and know it will get corrected. Give it a little time and we will all get through this. Best part is it happened at a slow time so we can be thankful for that.

Our 2 auctions we had bids on are gone and half of my sold items with customer info are gone! Hope he can get all this back! This happen to us about a year ago on another site and they lost our info for good!

Take heart, if I was your bidder and wanted the item, I would be asking what happened. My point is don't count it gone until you know for sure. We are in this together and we must have faith in the fact that no-one wants this fixed more than Admin.

I'm not worried about that as we have been threw this before on another site and the turn out wasn't good! I'm just hoping to get our 2300 items back is all!! Thats alot to do over and no backup!

I did not lose as many as you! But I do know your pain, lost over 200 that were all done one at a time by hand. We all want yours back and ours too. I can tell you that they were still working on this at 3 AM this morning when I went to bed. Lana has been in touch and they are working on it. We don't know yet when you will see them back but please do help us keep moral up! We are going to be judged by how we handle this by the public and you are a major part of this community.

I just signed in and noticed I have 100 aucitons missing too. I'm not worried yet:) Just hoping not to have to relist again.
