Sold item discriptions gone.

I recently sold within a week 4 items to the same person. She was just waiting on each one to finish out auction. But now that she has order all that she want's and is sending me payment. The listing discriptions are gone / deleated. So I am haveing trouble figuring out just which ones she ordered. I know they were my military pages. But all of them are still showing up in my open listings.

Also my opens listings are all jumbled up and the ones that were to relist on the 26, - 30 are still showing up as end date the same 26 -30 ? I'm confussed now.

Would apperciate any help I can get on this matter. Thank you

Admin is aware of the problem after the maintenance. He and his crew are working on it to resolve the issues at hand.
All the sellers have "lost" listings so you are not alone.

Not good! First you need to go to (Post your name here) and let Admin. know what has been lost. You can go to the bottom of this page and see it in the list of latest post. Second, I bet your buyer knows what they bought. Contact them and let them know what has happened and that it is being fixed. Ask for time for the site to be repaired. If they can give you the needed info and you trust it to be true then you know what to do. If not then the best thing is to wait on Admin to announce when it will be fixed. Many of us are in the same place, lost listings and waiting. You may at least have the info to fix your immediate needs with your customer. We are very sorry for this issue. Your items should be relisted by now, as this was a couple day process getting everything back active. Regarding your sales: Do you have the emails from the WeBidz site, which announced your sales? These would have the auction titles and the amount each sold for.
